Download the ROARi app, find a business near you on the Explore screen, and scan their counter QR code when you visit. Each scan adds a gold pawprint to your stamp card. One stamp per visit.

How do I claim my reward?

There's no separate claim step — completing the card IS the reward. When you scan the counter code for your final stamp, that same scan completes your card and unlocks your reward. A gold celebration screen appears on your phone — just show it to a member of staff as your receipt, and enjoy. Your card then resets automatically, ready for the next one.

How do I get my business on ROARi?

Download the ROARi app and sign up as a business. It takes 2 minutes — just your name, email, business name and city. Add your full details after. We review every application and you'll hear back within 24 hours.

How does the stamp card work?

You set it up — choose what earns a stamp (e.g. "any hot drink purchase") and the reward (e.g. "free coffee"). Customers collect a stamp by scanning the QR on your counter screen or staff terminal. For security, stamping is location-checked — a customer has to actually be at your venue (within about 200 metres) for it to count, so stamps can't be collected remotely. You leave the counter screen open on a tablet or second phone — no staff involvement needed.

What is the counter QR code?

It's a secure rotating QR code shown on your ROARi counter screen inside the app that refreshes every 20 seconds. Because it's signed and constantly changing, it can't be screenshotted, copied or reused. Customers scan it themselves using the app.

How much does it cost?

Standard is £19.99/month. Premium is £29.99/month. Both plans start with 30 days free — no card required to sign up. Add a payment method before your trial ends to stay live; your listing pauses automatically if no payment is added. Cancel any time from Settings in the app.

What's the difference between Standard and Premium?

Standard gives you 1 stamp card, 1 profile photo, 2 flash offers per month (up to 4 hours each), basic insights — visits & customer activity, and your listing on the Explore map. Premium adds a showcase gallery of 3 extra photos, 12 flash offers per month (up to 8 hours each), gold-highlighted offers, a verified gold paw badge and full insights — busiest-hours heatmap, visit trends & stamp performance.

Can my staff stamp customers without seeing my business data?

Yes. You can create staff accounts in the app — they get a PIN that lets them stamp customers but gives no access to your insights, billing or settings.
