CUSTOMER TERMS

These Terms govern your use of the ROARi app and website as a customer. The service is provided by ROARi APP LTD, a company registered in England and Wales.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse ROARi: no fake stamps, no attempts to bypass the rotating QR code, no harassment of businesses or other users, and no illegal activity. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

Rewards and offers

Stamp cards, ROARDs, rewards, and flash offers are created and honoured by the individual independent businesses on ROARi. ROARi is the platform — we are not responsible for the goods or services provided by those businesses, nor for the specific redemption of rewards.

Liability

ROARi is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, ROARi APP LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time in-app or by emailing hello@roari.co.uk. We can suspend or terminate access if these Terms are broken.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
